How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated personal data from ConsultDoc, you can do so by emailing us directly.

Email Request

Please send an email to: info@consultdoc.com.au

Include the following details:

• Your registered phone number
• Your name (if available)
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request - ConsultDoc

For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Section 02

What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once your request is verified and processed, we will delete:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address (if collected)
• Appointment request history
• Interaction data (including app usage data)
• Any stored user profile information

Section 03

Important Information About Medical Data

ConsultDoc is a platform used by medical centres to manage patient communication and appointment workflows. Information that has already been shared with a medical centre (such as appointment requests or health-related details) may continue to be retained by that medical centre in accordance with their own legal and regulatory obligations. ConsultDoc does not control how individual medical centres retain or manage patient records.

Section 04

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

• Provide our services
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Maintain system security and integrity

After an account deletion request:

• Most personal data is deleted promptly
• Some data (such as system logs or backups) may be retained for up to 30 days
• After this period, data is securely deleted or de-identified

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days after successful identity verification.
